The fee for this workshop varies depending on whether participants register at the shared or individual occupancy rate. The breakdown of these 2 options is as follows:
Single occupancy course rate (1 adult per room):
$2750 per person (CDN), $2150 (US), £1675 (GBP)
Double occupancy course rate (2 adults sharing a room, each with a single bed):
$2550 per person (CDN), $1975 (US), £1550 (GBP)
The above fees cover accommodation for 8 nights, 8 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 1 dinner, workshop fees, workshop materials, museum tours, island excursions, Mousa Boat Trip (one of the evening outings- weather dependent).
Accompanying partners/spouses are welcome:
$1400 (CDN), $1075 (US), £825 (GBP)
This fee includes accommodation, breakfasts, farewell dinner, museum tours, island excursions, Mousa Boat Trip (one of the evening outings- weather dependent).
Important note: The base currency for these workshops is in British Pounds. The Canadian and US dollar fees shown are based on rates as of August 10th, 2017. If the rates change significantly, the remaining instalment invoices will reflect this change.
To reserve your space, a deposit of one third of your total (based on desired accommodation type) is required. An invoice for this deposit will be sent to you upon confirmation of your registration.
Most retreat participants pay for workshops through Paypal. I will send you a Paypal invoice for your installment fee. Using this system you can pay through your Paypal Account, or with no Paypal account using your credit card.
You will receive an invoice payable for your remaining payment(s) according to the schedule below. You will be notified of all charges and be sent a receipt via email.
If you are in Canada, you can pay by e-transfer, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you live in Canada or the US, you can also pay by cheque payable to Fiona Duthie and mailed to:

You will be notified via email when your payment has been received and when the remaining payments are due.

These workshops are very popular and tend to fill quickly, so I suggest signing up as early as possible to guarantee your spot.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on deposits, unless your retreat space can be filled. There usually is a waiting list, and if this is the case, you will be fully refunded.
Any cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat, will only be issued a refund if your space can be filled.
It is strongly suggested that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that cause you to be unable to attend.
