The fee for this workshop varies depending on whether participants register at the shared or individual occupancy rate. The breakdown for these 2 options is as follows:
Single occupancy retreat rate (1 adult per room):
$2275 per person (CDN), $1725 (US), £1300 (GBP)
Double occupancy retreat rate (2 adults per room):
$2075 per person (CDN), $1575 (US), £1185 (GBP)
The above fees cover accommodation for 8 nights, 8 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 1 dinner, workshop days, all workshop materials, museum tours, island excursions, transport to/from airport or ferry.
Accompanying partners/spouses are welcome:
$1175 (CDN), $895 (US), £675 (GBP)
This fee includes accommodation, breakfasts, farewell dinner, museum tours, island excursions, transport to/from airport or ferry
Workshop Fee only, including lunch plus all workshop materials, and farewell dinner:
$975 (CDN), $750 (USD), £565 (GBP)
The accommodations for this workshop are first come, first served.
To reserve your space, a 1/3rd deposit (based on desired accommodation type) is required.
Most retreat participants pay for workshops through Paypal. I will send you a Paypal invoice for your installment fee. Using this system you can pay through your Paypal Account, or with no Paypal account using your credit card.
You will receive an invoice payable for your remaining payment(s) according to the schedule below. You will be notified of all charges and be sent a receipt via email.
If you are in Canada, you can pay by e-transfer, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you live in Canada or the US, you can also pay by cheque payable to Fiona Duthie and mailed to:

If for any reason or at any time you need to arrange a different payment option don’t hesitate to contact me. This will be a very special trip and we will work out a payment plan that can work for you!
These workshops are very popular and tend to fill quickly, so I suggest signing up as early as possible to guarantee your spot.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on deposits, unless your retreat space can be filled. There usually is a waiting list, and if this is the case, you will be fully refunded.
Any cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat, will only be issued a refund if your space can be filled.
It is strongly suggested that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that cause you to be unable to attend.
