February 5,6,7: Fiona Duthie, Meanderings: Sculptural Forms in Felt and Paper
Materials List
What you will need:
- 150 grams (5.5 ounces) merino roving, 19-23 micron, in three analogous colours for project- like 50 grams each of red, pink, and orange, or 50grams each of blue, turquoise and green
- 50 grams (1.75 ounces) merino roving, 19-23 micron, in one additional colour that will compliment/contrast with your main project colour.
- Measuring tape
- Scissors, very sharp (I’ll have some extras available in case you can’t bring your own)
- Sewing Needles, Sewing thread in main project colour
- Any hand felting tools you like to use, like a palm washboard, or tupperware lid
Workshop materials fee $65.00:
Some materials will be provided for your use during the workshop including:
4 sheets thai kozo paper. For embellishments: yarns, ramie fibre, paper, pencil rovings, prefelt. Inks, paints, brushes, markers, soap, bubble wrap, thin plastic, pipe for rolling.
This fee will be payable when you confirm your registration.
